More about me

I'm a west texas farmboy native. Worked hard and went to the same country school from 1st to 12th grade with a graduating class of a whopping 52. Married and raised two wonderful children before getting divorced years back. (was'nt my idea)  Have been in ca for the last 18 yrs close to my kids. Things I enjoy, boating along and fishing the ca coast, hunting deer and wild bore with my bow, riding my harley sportster or four wheeler, playing chess on the computer and indulging a lady either giving or receiving warm relaxing massages, although the latter doesn't happen nearly often enough. 

Activities

Salmon/tuna fishing the north pacific, smoking and eating what I catch, mororcycle riding and four wheeling, hunting and target shooting my bows and an ocassionally firearms. I used to play quite a bit of softball but scheduling hasn't allowed this for several years now. I enjoy playing chess, usually against the chessmaster 9000 program on my computer where the chessmaster thrashes me routinely. Also used to sing bass/baritone in a church choir many years ago.

Country/Western, 60'sthru80's rock, blues, jazz, bluegrass. classical, celtic or just about anything upbeat. I even enjoyed the first rap songs for the beat until I figured out I couldn't understand the words and the beat never seemed to change and simply became repetative and annoying to me.

Favorite TV Shows

don't watch much tv nowdays, don't need help being a boob by simply staring at a tube

old to new--- swiss family robinson. ten commandments, atlantis, 10k leagues under the sea, the graduate, butch and sundance, pretty woman, devince code and the others i failed to mention

the illustrated man, in search of bobby fisher- most of my reading is dry technical material

the lushness of the forests, the expanse of the plains, the grangure of our national parks or the solitude of the ocean- take your pick or add any of a thousand others esp if they include scenery, time and a nice lady to share it with.

Favorite Animals

about anything deepfried, grilled, baked or rotated slowly on a spit over an open fire- enjoyed the dogs and cats i've had and also the dolfins that follow us in after a tuna trip from blue water . they are quite a show.
