Places I've been

I went to High School in Santa Monica, CA. Come out the front of the school and look at the Pacific Ocean. Been to lots of school. At first because I wanted to prove to myself I really did have a brain, and later because upper division education is incredible. Latest go around was a piece of paper in Substance Abuse treatment. Been to Canada, traveled all over Mexico, and love New York City! I was fortunate enough to go all over the country doing presentations; Maimi, Dallas, New York, New Orleans, Denver, San Francisco, Honolulu, St. Louis, Seattle, Las Vegas and Home, LA. My family and I moved to Reno 20 years ago.

I am alive and kicking. 

I am free of work for the first time since I was 16 years old.  It's scary and so challanging.  I'm now six weeks into it and I have learned more, explored more, and most importantly appreciated more than in many, many years.

I have worked in social services most of my career, and I hope I've learned enough to help myself when I need it now.

I am exploring the possibilites of working at home.  Very exciting and a little scary.  But I am going to go for it!

I love to crochet, make soaps and other bath things, and skin treatments. I love to cook, try all sorts of things. I am a voracious reader. I also love to go on road trips, every where is so interesting if one just looks!
