Growing up, I also lived in Allen Park, Michigan, St. Paul, Minnesota, Levittown, PA, and Pittsburgh, PA. After getting married, I lived in New Castle, PA, Springfield and Cleveland Ohio, and back to Pittsburgh. Since divorce and then later getting married again, I've been living in a subburb of Pittsburgh, and I'm not planning to ever move again!! Outside the main USA, I've visited and loved Hawaii and Israel, and just recently we went to Italy! His daughter moved to Australia, so that might be where we go next.

I used to write poems, short stories, and such. I actually finished a romance novel (it wasn't bought by any of the big publishers, but I don't care, I DID IT!) As a teen, I wrote a script for "Bonanza" (I was in love with Michael Landon. Who wasn't?) and one for "High Chaparral" (I had a crush on Henry Darrow). I started a couple other romance novels, but they never got finished.

I love to sing and used to be in a musical theater company. Now I sing regularly in possibly the only synagogue choir in the country, which is all volunteer and sings for EVERY Friday night, EVERY bar/bat mitzvah, the High Holy Days, and all festivals. I also have sung at a couple weddings. I also love gardening, even though my knees and back aren't thrilled about it, and I can't wait to get out there and get started on the tons of weeds. Each week I play Scrabble with TWO friends . I'm the youngest by a LONG SHOT! They are 76, and 85.

"The Princess Bride" is my very favorite, and the book is even better. It has everything: romance, comedy, fantasy, and of course, a happy ending. Another favorite would be "Ladyhawke". Sooo romantic, and "Shakespeare in Love". But I also love Indiana Jones movies and Star WArs! Also love several musicals, like "Phantom of the Opera", "Fiddler on the Roof", "My Fair Lady".
