Traveled to Germany about 8 times between the years of 1996-2002. I lived in Hollister, California from November 1993 - February 2003. I lived in Houston Texas from 1981 - 1985. I'm presently living in Cleburne Texas (August 2004 -Present). I will be returning to Baton Rouge at the end of the year.

More about me

I imagine there is a lot that I can say about being born. It would require to much space and time to do so. I will start at the point of highschool graduation. I received my GED diploma from Scotlandville Sr. High in Baton Rouge Louisiana 1n 1974. My graduating class would have been that of 1973.  For many years they did not feel the need to include in class reuion festivities. That is all water under the bridge (a good place for it). We celebrated our 30 year reunion 2003 and I look for to next years 35th. We have vowed to do this every 5 years.

I'm the mother of four wonderful adult children (their photos will be posted to my page at a later date). I have three beautiful grandchildren; two of which were born in Germany (they now live in Oregon). That is the difficult part of my life. It is hard being seperated from them by time and distance.

I have been on a journey to complete nursing school for the past 6 years. This has really been an uphill journey. I must keep my focus. Many feel that I should be in education, so I'm praying about that.  Sometimes others can "see" things in you that you may not see yourself.

I have 3 brothers and 6 sisters (all living). We love spending time together. We have never had any harsh disagreements.  Our parents made us understand the need of open debate and dialouge, and we never allowed to go to angry with each other (though we sometimes managed to still do that). My siblings are scattered between Louisiana, California, and Georgia.

There is so much to share...if you have questions just ask, and if they are not to personal I promise to anwser truthfully.
