Active as I can be. I bicycle in part to save the environment and in part to save my waistlline! I cycled from San Fran to Washington DC in 1987, my younger days. Now at an eons age.......I am planning on running my first half marathon. I have absolutely no interest in running this far--2-5 miles suits me just fine, but in a weak moment, I signed up with some friends. I'll let you know how it goes!
