Places I've been

I was raised in suburban Milwaukee, moved to Chicago for College and Graduate School and lived mostly in Skokie and most recently in Highland Park. My wife and I love vacationing in the National Parks in the West, especially in Colorado. We've taken a cruise every winter for many years now, usually in the Caribbean.

More about me

I am a retired Civil Servant living in a Northern suburb of Chicago. My wife and I have been married since 1969 and have two married children, each with a child of their own with more on the way. My family is what is most important in my life, but I have other interests, particularly an interest in traditional American music and its derivitative forms of bluegrass and Old Time music. I've dabbled with guitar, banjo and mandolin for all of my adult life, but have never become particularly accomplished with any of them. My wife and like to travel around the U.S., usually driving and visiting National Parks.
