**In case of emergency, contact nanamarcie, my eons buddy contact.**
First and foremost, I am an independent human being. Coming in a close second would be a woman, then a mother. I believe my most important attribute is a communicator. I'm warm and bright, a people-person, like hugs and touching. I'm outspoken; I have strong opinions. They might not necessarily be the same as others, and I do not try to 'convert' anyone, but I still share them.
Most of my working life since age 17 has been spent as the representative of my boss, that lady who sits outside his office, dressed to the nines, taking his calls and messages, scheduling his meetings, typing all of his correspondence, creating his presentations, making his travel reservations, coordinating his social life with his wife, doing his travel and expense accounts--the usual!
We are so fortunate to live on a most beautiful planet, but if we humans do not become more aware that we are destroying our own "home," then humans may eventually disappear.
While I am still here, music in my life is a must, either listening in the car, singing along or dancing with it. Gotta have my rock 'n roll--50s & 60s stuff plus Bob Seger, The Doobie Brothers, The Eagles, Santana, Foreigner, Journey, The Beatles, Queen, Eric Clapton, Rod Stewart, Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young to name a few. Paul McCartney shares my birth month.
I was raised in a very traditional white-bread town by very conservative parents, but I just had to break the mold! Did not get personally involved in the SF Bay Area hippie happenings of the '60s as I was busy being a working wife and mother. You might say I was a late bloomer! Look out '70s!!
Spent 16 years as a single mother until my 2 kids were grown. They now have families of their own who have given me two grandsons with a granddaughter on the way! The first girl to be born in our family in 42 years.
My heros are those women who lived "before their time," the ones who really broke ground for women, the ones who made a difference. Women are strong; they have the guts to stand up for what they believe in and the strength to be mothers.
We are all in this life together. We have so much to offer each other. Love like there is no tomorrow and dance like no one is watching.
Be kind to your fellow humans; it will come back to you tenfold.
