Relocated to Phoenix in December 2005.  Transferred from a 120-person office in Indianapolis to our 5-person office in Scottsdale, AZ. What a great move on my part!  (We've expanded to 9 people now, and are still growing.)  It's amazing what you can do remotely these days.

I love it here in the desert southwest, but another move in my life is not out of the question.

Activities
I like to read; visit antique shops, junk shops and find a 'treasure'; dining out with friends; exploring the back roads... I have an interest (but no talent) in art, and admire those who can take a good photograph. I work out three times a week, and try to eat healthy--natural and organic whenever possible. Mostly a vegetarian diet, but do eat seafood, and when I cheat it's bacon and pork tenderloin. Don't travel much, mainly because I would rather travel WITH someone...I have lots of vacation time and really should start using it. Have been to England and France, and have a desire to visit Italy and Spain, mainly for the food and wine, of course.
Favorite Music
Classical, alternative rock, classic rock. I'm a Damien Rice fan.
Favorite TV Shows
Current favorites (but it changes often): Dirty, Sexy Money, American Idol, Brothers & Sisters, Lost. Two & a Half Men and the Blue Collar Boys make me laugh out loud. Loved Sopranos, Six Feet Under, Sex & The City.
Favorite Movies
Godfather, Crash, Dr.Zhivago; too many to mention. I watch a lot of movies, but prefer to rent them and watch them at home.
Favorite Books
Anything by Anne Lamotte. Harriett Doerr is a personal favorite author. Anthony Bourdain's books are always fun to read. Lonesome Dove. World According to Garp. The Secret, and books on the metaphysical in general.
Favorite Quotes
"Things happen for a reason" Can't attribute it to anyone particular, it's just something I believe.
Favorite Animals
Love most animals, but am definitely a cat person.
