I am a Nutritionist and self-taught artist (with little or no time recently for art!). At the moment, I am self-employed with the start of a new business online.
I live in the Midwest with my husband and ornery black cat, Mona. My daughter is a college student.
Much of my time is taken up with creating and maintaining websites about my passion. I believe choosing health eating and living can change lives for the better AND protect our environment for generations to come! I write about healthy eating, exercise, weight loss, healthy aging, and more.
