Places I've been

Difficult to mention them all, they are more than 50 countries and more than 40 states. Some places I have been to as many as 50 times, as business decreed I do so. I lived in a few places in WI beyond my hometown: Milwaukee, Burlington, Lake Geneva, Wisconsin Dells. I lived in Conyers Georgia, Port Charlotte and Tampa Florida, Amsterdam and Den Haag Holland, London, Truro, St Agnes, Penzance, Mount Hawk, St Ives and Towednack, UK, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. I don't travel much anymore, having spent 23 years traveling at least 5 days each week. I have been a lot of places I don't remember, and hotels draw no attention from me at this point. Bit jaded, I suppose. But, most of those places I mentioned are important, as I was able to grow at each one.

I am a fortunate man who has seen a lot of life, more than the average person.  I am happy and content with my existence and wish that others would be also.

Favorite Charities

Habitat for Humanity, KaBoom!, ADA, Various other smaller charities. I give hours now rather than money, as money isn't growing on trees any longer.

Favorite Music

Mostly all, but focus on folk, alt rock, alt country and some blues. It is a rare piece that I don't like in just about any genre. I collect now mostly from the internet, primarily in the Indie selections, which I find one can download for free from the artists that are expanding their audiences. I do support most of them in purchasing downloads on occasions.

Favorite TV Shows

Don't own a tv. Sold it after not having it plugged in for over 2 years. Don't miss it at all. I get my news from the internet and the daily paper, and as one of my activities is porch sitting, I get all the excitement in my little world that one would get in any major city in the world. Now I have stopped the daily paper, I only read it online, and only the news I want to read.

Favorite Movies

I haven't been to a movie in about 5 years, the last time was in England where I lived near an 'art' movie house. Can't remember what I saw, but it was very good. I have now started to watch the occasional movie online, mostly foreign films.

I am addicted to mysteries.

I could have been a genius, I just wasn't smart enough (my Dad).

Humble ones.

Lots. I was fortunate in being able to work and live in more than 50 countries.

All, but I only have 2, a sister and brother cat team, Kit and Caboodle.
