Joined SilverSneakers 2/2006 is offered by my HEALTH PROVIDER. we have fitness classes 3 times a week at Bodyplex a fitness center. I've been trying to take care of my body so it can take of me. We have have access to all equipment (no charge for anything) YEA

I also have been making use of the Senior Center. They have so many great things going on, WHICH HAVE BEEN HELPFUL THIS PAST YEAR. I now look forward to a new month as there is always something going on. I added Jazzercise to my schedule as the Center has classes there twice a week.

I hope I don't have to edit any of this anytime soon, been great. I have met some wonderful people these last two years and don't plan to stop anytime soon.

I do Scrapping booking (Daughter is a Consultant and got me started) Went back 50 years believe it or note and redid all. Do online SWEEPS. Read and listen to Audio books, Jigsaw puzzels,

Also like to go to Casinos with a great group once in a while. Online games are great, The greatest pleasure I get is , to see a smile on someones face and hope I had something to do it.
