My workout up to few weeks ago was:
Monday:
All body workout
3 sets of 15 reps for each muscle group
Circuit Training
Tuesday:
Legs and abs (hamstrings, gluteus maximus, Quadriceps, calves and tibialis posterior)
3 sets of 15 reps for each muscle.
Circuit Training
Wednesday:
All body workout
3 sets of 15 reps for each muscle group but different exercises than Monday.
Circuit Training
Thursday:
Legs and abs (hamstrings, gluteus maximus, Quadriceps, calves and tibialis)
3 sets of 15 reps for each muscle.
Circuit Training
but again, different exercises than Tuesday
Friday:
All body workout
3 sets of 15 reps for each muscle group but different exercises than Wednesday.
Circuit Training.
Saturday:
Only Cardiovascular training
Spinning, Water, running.
SUNDAYS OFF!
I'll be posting what I am doing right now...you need to try it. It is fun when you have a workout partner!"
