More about me

I worked my way through school to become a lawyer, worked as a DA for 3 years and saw what people did to little kids, then decided when I had my own kids I needed to raise them myself.  Had 3 kids in 4 1/2 years then my husband was transferred to another state where my law license was not applicable.  After 26 years in a happy marriage, my healthy husband choked on a piece of steak and died, leaving me with three teenagers.  That was 5 years ago. Now they are all in college and I'm thanking God that my home is still standing after Ike.  Still waiting for insurance to fix the downstairs, living upstairs.  I use my law degree nearly every day, just in daily life.
