I've not been too far away from home - Mexico a few times, the Carribean, Alaska but I'm hoping to get to Europe before too long, especially Tuscany which I've heard is beautiful. I'd love to hear from anyone who has been there.

More about me

I'm beginning my adjustment to retirement which at times is a little anxiety provoking. Mostly I remain busy and engaged so I guess I'll be fine. 

 I volunteer weekends for the Obama campaign in New Hampshire which is usually interesting and sometimes fun.  Every weekday I try to get to the gym for an hour or so and also walk my dogs. My grandson is a focus of much of my interest and the light of my life.

Gardening is a passion in the warmer weather and I get through the winter by reading seed catalogues and dreaming of new landscaping adventures.
