Places I've been

Ohio, California, Nevada, Maryland, Virginia, places I have lived. I have visited almost every state in the US. Like anywhere, some nicer than others. How could I forget? I have also lived in Washington, D.C. (when JFK was there and there were still a few cable cars and I was a little bit younger).

More about me

 I never married and never had children. I turned 65 in September, 2007. I am originally from Dayton, Ohio, and moved to San Diego with my sister and her daughter when I was 15. After graduating from high school I joined the Navy, for a brief time (things were different then), and was stationed in Bethesda, Maryland. I've lived in Maryland (after discharge from the Navy), and Washington, D.C. I've been all over the country, in almost every state of the union. After getting my fill of the east coast, I moved back to California to San Diego to Los Angeles...met someone, we moved to Las Vegas. We lived together until he died and I then moved back to San Diego briefly and than back to Los Angeles, to Glendale and now back to San Diego to be closer to my sister and her family. I'm still working (a medical lab in San Diego), counting months until I see if I can quit. "They" say hindsight is better than no sight at all, I just wish I had had my hindsight a bit sooner.
