Who Am I?

My goal is to become your Real Estate Consultant for Life.  I have been in real estate over 29 years.   I taught Real Estate Principles and Real Estate Practices for over 16 years.  I have been a Relocation Director and provided relocation services to clients for the last 7 years.  I have my LTG (Leadership Training Graduate) Designation, PMN (Performance Management Network) Designation, from Women’s Council of Realtors.  Currently I am a Candidate for the CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) Designation from NAR and  also hold a Transnational Referral Certification from NAR.  I have been Referral and Relocation Certified by the Women’s Council of Realtors and also hold VIP Relocation Management Designation.   I am also working towards my CRP (Certified Relocation Professional) Designation that is awarded by Employee Relocation Council.  I was a Director for the California Association of Realtors for 14 years.  I am active with the Southland Regional Association of Realtors, having served as Chairman and/or Vice Chairman of By-Laws,  Education,  Equal Opportunity,  Finance,  Foundation Trustees, Housing Needs,  Marketing, MLS,  Projects and Events, Nominating, Public Relations and Strategic Planning.  In 1995 I was awarded the Distinguished Service Award for Realtor Associate.  For over 10 years I have been a member of Women’s Council of Realtors and  have served on By-Laws, Nominating, Budget & Finance, Fund Raising, Membership and Newsletter Committees at the local, state and National levels.  I have held the offices of President and Membership Vice President for the Simi/Moorpark Chapter of WCR and the office of Membership Vice President for the Conejo Valley Chapter of WCR.  For more then 16 years I was active in Girl Scouts, including being a Co-Leader for my daughter’s chapter for 3 years.  I have also served on the board of directors for the San Fernando Valley Chapter of the American Diabetes Association.  Am an avid collector of Teddy Bears, Dolls, and  almost everything Disney.   Love to travel,  listen to classic rock and roll and read and write poetry.   Some of my thoughts on life: "Everyone we meet touches our soul. Some with the kiss of a butterfly and some with more lasting memories."  "I see with my heart and hear with my soul. I listen to the laughter of the leaves as they play with the winds of life." Gifts from God Have you ever stopped to listen to the sounds of the rain? To hear its soothing rhythm as it falls upon the earth. To hear its angry sound as it bellows in a storm. To hear its laughter tinkling as it splashs to the sea.  Have you ever stopped to listen to the sounds of the wind? To hear it gently laughing as it rustles through the trees. To hear its mighty force as blows its winter chill. To hear it as it sings upon the mountain high.   Have you ever stopped to feel the power of the sun? To feel its soft light shining as the day has just begun. To feel its burning rays upon your fevered brow. To feel its gentle softness as the day is almost done.   Take time to hear the wind whisper in your mind. Take time to feel the sun shine its light witin your heart.
