An additional observation. We’re all we have. We are all here on the Earth together, in a bad place in a bad way at a bad time, and nobody is going to ride in at the last minute and fix it for us. If we don’t fix ourselves and how we live, the next dominant life form will be along shortly to replace us. Time is running out. We don’t have to worry about “saving the Earth.” The Earth will be quite fine, thank you. Our concern should be helping the Earth maintain that narrow margin of conditions which allow us to live in harmony with all the other life forms here and if possible, perform the function intended for us. The Earth is our mother, not our dump.
