Places I've been

I lived in Brooklyn for a lot of my childhood, we were a military family & started moving when I was 11 yrs old. I have lived in Florida the longest , 15 yrs, Nebraska next at 14 1/2, then California at 11. We have also lived for about 5 yrs in South Carolina, 3 yrs in Alaska & so very many other places to add up to my almost 70 yrs. I have really loved all the moves & I do believe it is time to stop now. I am moving back to Florida on March 1st.

Born in NY & raised in the USA, I have 3 wonderful brothers, 1 in Florida, 1 in Minn. & 1 in Texas.  I married young & started having my  6 children at 18yrs, my last was a beautiful 29th birthday gift. I had 3 daughters & 3 sons. My 1st grandchild was born shortly after I turned 36, he has been the joy of my life. He presented me with a beautiful great granddaughter this past October. In all I have 10 grandchildren & 1 great grandchild. All of them are my reason! I'll explain at another time.

I have a great sense of humor laugh often. There are so many things to be happy about.

During my life I have worn many hats & I have enjoyed learning all of the professions I chose to follow. As a military wife you learn how to do many things. It saves time & money. Never did learn how to change oil tho'.

almost every kind there is, as long as they have a great beat. I guess I like the big band era on thru the 70's. We had great music then. Also 'You'll Never Walk Alone'

Favorite Animals

Puppies, Kittens, all baby animals. Also my very own black miniture poodle(Buddy). He is now almost 7 yrs old.

The cancer & heart charities are my main ones. I also like to support the Catholic charties.

Favorite Places

That is a very hard one as I really loved where we were living. I always met so many people & they introduced me to all the areas around where we lived. I guess the best place I have lived is the USA

Activities

I love doing light gardening. House plants are so nice in these very frigid areas. I have had quite a few plants in the spring & summers. I also love to try veggies, they are a little harder up here in Ne. I also love to knit & crochet things for my grands. I like to work with my hands on different type of crafts too.
