Started getting and keeping fit 3 years ago - I run, I cycle, I go to the Gym for Step, Pump, Spinning, BodyAttack/Combat.....
Started competing in cycle and running events - twice cycled the Etape Caledonia, and last Fall, ran the Boston half-marathon while on vacation there - loved it, but one of the hardest things I have ever done.......
