Places I've been

When we were fulltiming in our RV we spent the summers on the west coast, mainly Oregon, Southern Washington and Northern California. We spent the winters in Arizona, New Mexico and Florida. So I guess you can say we have been to those sates, and all the ones in between. We also visited Yellowstone, Redwood Forest, Grand Canyon, Petrified forest, Painted desert, Las Vegas, Mt. Rushmore, Disney World, St. Augustine, The Biltmore in Ashville N.C.,Carlsbad caverns, Tombstone AZ, Pugent Sound, Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, Bown County IN, Dodge City, Devils tower, Hoover Dam, Crater Lake, Mt. St. Helens, Charlotte N.C., Savanah GA, Grand Tetons, Colorado Nat. monument, Rocky Mt. Nat. park, Pikes Peak, the Corn Palace, Eureka Springs Arkansas......oh, and we also took a cruise to the Bahamas. I think thats all the places we have been.......give or take a few.

More about me

Hubby and I sold the house after we retired and travelled in our RV for 2 1/2 years.  Then the grandbabies started coming one right after the other (6), so we decided it was time we settled down and started acting like grownups again  :-(  .  We bought a house in Oklahoma and are back to where our roots are.  The traveling was fun, but we had seen almost everything we set out to, so we came back to be with the family. 

Activities

My passion is crafts of all kinds. Crochet, knitting, sewing, scrapbooking, counted cross stitch, embroidery, and of course theres QUILTING !!
