Hello everyone out there. I'm new to this side of Eons and just adding some information about myself.

I'm 58 and live in a rural area. We have 2 churches, 1 liqueur store and 2 pizza places. That's about it so I have to go out of town for any social activity.  It's also the town I grew up in and I can't think of anywhere else I'd rather live.

My favorite things to do are socialize with friends, work out, go out to dinner at great restaurants and spend some time just working around my back yard. I'm currently very involved in remodeling my kitchen. There are so many choices its mind boggling but I'm almost there. The only thing left is to pick out the floor tile, again not an easy task for me. Demolition and construction will start early next year. I'll keep you all posted.

I have many interests and hobbies, the most interesting and time consuming one being growing exhibition dahlias. I grow and show them throughout the Northeast during August and September. Check out the ones in my pictures. Most people never see exhibition dahlias and are quite amazed when they do.

I'll be adding more later...this is just a start.
