Places I've been

I have lived near Boston most of my life. I spent many April vacations in Indian Rocks Beach, FL near Clearwater. I have been up and down the east coast a few times, but I have never gone further west than Chicago. I also have spent time in Virginia and Georgia. I attended the University of Massachusetts, Boston. My Major/Concentration was mathematics. I had a long and rewarding career as a Technical Service Manager -33 years with the same company.

I was widowed in 2002.  A part of me will always belong to Jerry, my beloved husband of almost 25 years.   We had the time of our lives together so it took time to mourn the loss of him and the life I loved.  Now I am ready to make a new life for myself.  I have one son, age 42.  He is the best thing in my life.  He is happily married and I love his wife like a daughter. They live about 15 miles away,  so I get to see them often.   They take good care of me!  Since retiring in 2006 I have been hoping to meet new people,  make new friends, explore new possibilities and places.  If I am lucky that is what I will do for the rest of my days.   The work was good, but retirement is better!
