Places I've been

I grew up in Glenshaw PA which is a suburb of Pittsburgh. In 1973 we moved into an apartment in Shaler PA..actually still just a few miles from home. In 1977 we moved to Greensburg PA...about 35 miles south east of Pittsburgh. When we moved here it was very quaint and we lived in a rural part of the area. It's grown so much in the past 30 years it doesn't seem like the same place. There's a church where cows once lived, a gas station where there was a farm. It's so sad.

I'm 54 years old, married to the same man for 37 years...yes I started real early!   We have 3 grown children, a beautiful Granddaughter, 3 Papillions, a Lab mix grand-dog and a grandhorse.

I've worked part time since my kids were in school.  I just "retired" in April...actually I just quit! LOL  It was nice for ooh about the first 2 weeks then I started wondering what i was going to do with myself.  I have one Papillon who is going to be 16 on June 24th.  He's got doggie Alzheimers, can't see or hear real good, so he takes up some of the time.  My Meisha, another Pap who is barely 10 has a severely collapsed trachea and is on meds both morning and night...so she takes up a good bit of my time.  My other Pap, Halo, is going to be 9 and so far so good with her health.  We also have our granddog, Leroy, a Lab mix living with us.  He's wonderful and gets along great with the little dogs.

Activities

I like music, dancing, walking with my dogs, visiting my daughters horse, spending time with my granddaughter, working in the flower beds the best I can ( I was in a motorcycle accident 1 1/2 years ago and had to get an artificial elbow which believe it or not has my arm messed up all the way down to my fingers, then found out 6 months after the accident my right shoulder was broke and never x-rayed so that causes me difficulties.

Reba, Mash, Dirty Jobs, pretty much anything on HGTV. Been watching Days of our Lives since the late 60's.
