I live in a rural area of NC with my husband and 4 cats , no children .  I have been a vegetarian for 30 years.

I support animal rights,  enviromental causes and of course vegetarianism . I am always looking for recipes , so feel free to share  your favorites. I love spicy foods !!

I consider my self a liberal on most topics  and try to stay informed on what is going on  in the world.   I get info from  the internet  and local action groups . I like  The Daily Show, Colbert Report and  watch some CNN. I do not like to watch dripple like America Idol . My favorite channels are  The History Channel, Discovery Channel . National Geographic , Animal Planet , HGTV , Comedy Central and Food Network .
