    Places I've been
I was born in MO but my mama and daddy lived in Ark at the time in a little town so they went to MO to the nearest hospital. When I was 1 they moved to Ogden Utah which is where I grew up. I have also lived in Northern Calif. and when I married we moved to Yakima WA where I lived for 42 years. After my hubby passed away I moved to Colorado which I truly love. It is similar to Utah which I consider my home town.
    More about me

I'm a 65 year old female living in the mountians of Colorado. I love it here sooo much.

My favorite things to do are read, (fiction based on history), sewing (fashion not quilts), home decorating and cooking. I love a pretty yard and flowers but hate to do yard work, if I could only afford to hire a gardner ho humm.

I have 5 grown children all in Washington state, and around 21 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. I love them dearly but love living away so I am not so involved in their lives. That works both ways I don't interfere and they don't interfere in my life nor do I need to babysit. I go see them a couple times each year and we are all so glad to see each other.

I have some really good friends and we enjoy going to yard sales on Friday as well as ocassional BBQ's in my large yard. Sometimes we even do s'mores in the fire pit.

Well I had to move away from my beloved Colorado, back to WA state. Needed to help with an elderly family member, that went badly but I can't afford to return to CO.

The good part is I get to see my kids and grandkids more.
