Places I've been

One of the most interesting years of my life was the 1st yr of my marriage to my wife Pat. On the night of our wedding, we packed everything we owned into the back of our 69 VW microbus wedding gift and headed out on an adventure cross country to Laramie, Wyoming where I would spend a year in the graduate economics program at the University of Wyoming. Many a day was spent above 10K feet in the Medicine Bow Nat'l Forest just marveling at the gifts of god. Regrettably...we have not made it back that way but still hold on to a thread of hope! The Carolina's are our 2nd home now....perhaps our 1st in the years to come. As lifelong New Englanders, it's always difficult to imagine leaving the area....but the cold...the snow...the winters start to accumulate beyond the manageable.
