Places I've been: Most of my distant travel history has been a result of being in the US Air Force from April 1966 until March of 1970. To summarize, I spent a year in Biloxi, Miss. (Keesler AFB Electronics School), 2 years at Springfield Mass. (Westover AFB in Ground Radion Communications), and 1 year in Bien, Hoa, Vietnam (Radio repairman). While in Vietnam I got to go to Hong Kong and Austrialia. There was also an in country R&R in Vung Toa, Vietname (Pretty country). During my 30 year career with AT&T Bell Labs/Lucent Technologies I worked in Holmdel, NJ (Lived in Little Silver and Red Bank area). Vacations have been to Las Vagas, NV, Mertil Beach, SC, the Adirondack Mountains in NY, New Hampshire, Vermont, Skiing in Canada & Upstate NY.
More about me: I am retired from AT&T Bell Labs/Lucent Technologies since 2002 and have been working full time for the last 5 years in a Veterinary Specialty Surgury Hospital, quite a change from the technologies Specialty area I was in but I love animals. I got Scruffy, the little white dog in my profile picture, from the hospital I work in. I also have a cat, Magic, from the hospital as well.
