More about me

I'm a wife, mom, grandmom and aunt to a great family.  We have three grown children, five grandkids who keep us busy and just learned we will have another grandbaby in the spring.  One of my joys is being Aunt Sandy to nieces and nephews on both sides of our family.   Two of the nephews married this summer, one in St. Lucia with his reception in Florida; the other in Chattanooga at the Hunter Museum.  So much fun....our niece just had her first baby on September 23rd.  Our blessings keep growing.

Activities

Working with new moms and babies during the day; playing with my grandkids, and tending to the dogs and horses.

My husband, of course, followed very closely by five of the greatest grandkids...they are too funny and keep me laughing and busy every visit. I also enjoy my nieces and nephews who are all very special to me.

Favorite Animals

My horses and my dogs. Abigail, Samantha and Sammy are the horses who think they are dogs. Our labs are Madeline (yellow) and Sally who is Becky's last pup. I'm trying to hold onto Annabelle, a little dark chocolate female who is 11 weeks old. She is from what will be Maddy's last litter and is the last pup from Grizzly.
