About Me
I am 59 years old. October 3, 1948. I have worked in Administrative Support most of my life. I just lost a job December 11, 2007, no notice. Looking for work is not very fun at my age. I was a recruiter for the last 4 years and I know companies do not really want to hire anyone over 50. It used to be 40 but now it is 50. So, it should be interesting what I accomplish this year. I decided to TRY to stop being so negative and turn all things into positive. I need to be more like my two dogs; they are always happy.
I have opened a room on Paltalk. It is for Seniors, 50 and up who still want to work part time or full time. Paltalk is a chat and talk program. If you cannot talk, you can text chat, either way, what we want to accomplish is meeting 50 Years and older needs. All across USA, there are people who want to work, need to work and together we can see how we can help each other, be it jobs, frugile tips, a green garden, a good recipe from our ancestors. Remember if each one lights just one candle, what a difference we can make and in this case it is lighting the candle of shared information and communication.
