I was born in New Kensignton, PA but moved to Melbourne as a child. I lived in Riverside, CA for about a year after I was married. Also lived in Fort Walton Beach, Tallahassee, and Satellite Beach, FL. Have traveled in a lost of the continental US.

I work at a college and love the interaction with students from around the world.  I'm an avid sports enthusiast - especially college football (Florida State Seminoles), some major league baseball, a couple of NFL teams.   I also enjoy the basketball games here at Florida Tech and the local minor league baseball games.

I'm very much a "nature" girl.  I love to be outdoors.  I like to hike, bike, kayak, stroll downtown or on the beach.   I volunteer at the local theater for the performing arts, and enjoy the wide variety of artists/bands/symphony/plays that are presented.  I just worked "Mama Mia" - what a FUN, energetic musical.  I loved it.  I also enjoy any kind of art show or festival.  

I grew up in Florida and am NOT happy with the rampant development (destruction) of my beauitful state.

I have a son who lives here with his wife and 2 children.  He has his own business.  My daughter and her husband live outside of Perth, western Australia, with her 2 sons.  That is a BRUTAL trip - but I LOVE Australia.  Being seperated by half the world from my daughter and her very young grandsons is heartbreaking. 

 

 

 

 

Activities

I enjoy the outdoors - hiking, biking, kayaking, strolling downtown or the beach. I work out at Curves 5 times week. I enjoy reading, some movies, dining out. art shows & festivals. I love to dance!
