More about me

I am married with two wonderful Step-children and 2 Step-Grandkids.  We also have a little dog Rusty who is our "child" and brings so much joy into our lives. My Husband and I just sold our home and became full time RV'ers.  We are living full-time in a large 5th wheel now and really love it.  We are recently retired and can pull up and leave when ever we want, but like where we are for now.  We have only traveled with our coach within California, but now that we are both retired we can venture out a little further....gas prices willing.  We especially love the Coast  and small old towns, but have had great times in large cities too.  I am bi-polar with clinical depression and social phobia so there are times that it is very hard for me to make myself get out of the house.  Having social phobia creates some problems for me because it causes lonliness and then  some depression.  As much as I love and enjoy people when I am around them, I also have this great fear of them, that I will be embarressed if I say or do the wrong thing.  I have good days and bad, but daily, I am learning more and more about myself, and with God's Grace I'll overcome this and be free to fully live life and enjoy the value of friendship. 

Activities

Activities? Wish I were more active as least as far a exercise! My Husband and I love to travel and walk around small towns and events, discover new places to eat, etc. I am Bi-Polar and fight Social Phobia so I am house bound at times, but love people and getting together with friends and the kids.

I love to read but due to close up vision problems, I can't read as much anymore. My favorite story teller's were Dean Koontz and Mary Higgens Clark I also love Joyce Meyer Books (TV Minister)

Bodega Bay, Ca My Husband and I go there a couple of times a year. Also, Disneyland. I could go there at least once a year (body willing)

All animals and birds....I have always had a dog or cats in my life, and they become my children as I have never been able to have kids myself. I no longer have my 2 beloved cats, but we have an adorable little dog who fills my heart with joy. birds">
