OK, we had two Witches in my neighborhood!

They owned the (football wide, ten times as long) field separating the white middle class (my parents) and black middle class (Johns parents) families.

There where one each (on my street) of, Irish, Portuguese, Italian, Catholic family’s, two Mormon (one a bishop) families, and eight protestant families, which I remember, and Me! From a Seventh Day Adventist, Evangelist, Methodist, Lutheran household! We kids ruled that neighborhood.

The Witches keep us all insane!

It all started back with (William) and his wife (Jean) my 8^th generation immigrant grandparents whose son (David Sr.) born in 1732 giving birth to the first family member born of American English parents. This 7^th generation of the family was. (David [Sr.]) whose fourth born son was William who died in 1862 (of a ripe old age) who was, My Grandfathers, Grandfather who was the only family member to survive an attack, "the Indian massacre of 1790, and as a Indian captive for the next 9 years".

A born and raised Native American.

Since then we’ve had a mixture of Irish, German, Russian, and Norwegian, to the English! I am part Russian/German. LOL.

Now what was I talking about?

Oh I spent 15 years "as a single parent" active in a single parents group, I loved spoiling all the kids. With other adults from, other single parent homes. Lots in common. pre-internet interchange of communicating...........
