Places I've lived - Ft. Sherman, Canal Zone in Panama and Washington, DC and Atlanta, GA I'm 50 yrs young and looking forward to the next 50 years. My life over the last couple of years has been intense and exciting. I'm learning so much about health and wellness, the Law of Attraction and manifesting my goals and desires. I've lost 40 lbs in just over a year and last Saturday became a Certified Group Fitness Instructor via the YMCA. I'm very interested in personal training women 50+ and teaching Active Older Adult and Silver Sneakers classes at the local YMCA. The first weekend in January, I'll certify in 4 Silver Sneakers categories. Professionally, I'm a VP of Sales for a Healthcare IT company that sells web healthcare content to hospitals, employers, insurance companies, etc. I love my job, able to work from home over the Internet and phone. I travel to trade shows, etc. only 4 times a year. My favorite quotes of the moment - "Nothing tastes as good as lean feels." I love to dance, read, workout and play.  My friends say I have a wicked sense of humor and sharp intellect.  I love classic movies and classic rock and classic literature.  I love the outdoors, hiking during the fall and winter, bike-riding during the spring and summer.  I'm a very open-minded person.
