Places I've been

Just the good ole US of A (Hometown), Lived in England when I was a little girl. The fondest memories of my life. Traveled across Europe in a VW Bug one summer with my family. Now that was an adventure. Helped a good friend move to Washington DC by driving cross country (Utah to Pennslyvania) with she and her 2 little girls. Now that was a blast.

I love a pot of Earl Grey Tea for breakfast every morning. All my children are grown and married. They've blessed me with 4+ grandchildren.

What is your favorite family dinner?

We love all food. When we get together for holidays we eat and eat and eat. We all are great cooks so there is plenty of great food. Nothing goes to waste. It's all yummy, taste and delicious.

Who are your heroes?

First of all Jesus, then my son and his wife (they are soldiers and both have served in Iraq 17 months). My youngest daughter because she has and still struggles with serious life threatening illnesses but just keeps living life to the fullest.

What kind of trip would you love to take in Italy?

Take part in an art history tour of Florence

What is your dream vacation?

Just had it. My husband and I spent our 30th wedding anniversary (married at Christmas time in 1977) on Cocoa beach. We got up Christmas morning and walked along the beach in the morning. Later that evening we went back and watched the most gorgeous moon rise. The weather was just wonderful. We met with close friends we've known for 25 of our married years who live near Cocoa beach and enjoyed good old fashioned home cooked meals and great conversation. It was our dream.
