I am a WI. REALTOR (R), own my own office ... do mini-seminars to acquaint buyers, sellers, investors, and those with financial problems with the proper steps and stages of the entire process.  They also get a manual to take with them.  FREE.  I am in Metropolitian Milwaukee Area ... approx'ly 7 counties.

I am a MULTI-TASKER ... I have just started an eComemrce site wherein we will be adding many different store locations.  GRAND OPENING IS PLANNED FOR THE END OF JULY.  

Hopefully, you will take a look and become a customer.

I have done so much, Court Reporter, Investment Properties and hands-on rehabbing.  I teach guys how to saw, hammer, all the things they should know, but don't.

I also have been a general contract, a Restauranter, a tax Assessor II, An Appraiser, A Winter Weatherization inspector, and so much more .... PLus ... i HAVE BEEN FIRST A LOAN OFFICER, and later opened my own mortgage company.

All while running my real estate office.

Life to me is boring if you are not doing something that you like, and, I found I did not like the corporate life, and much prefer to be an entrepreneur.  It is fun, exciting, and never boring.

I have 2 college degrees, and they have been a tremendous boost to my confidence and working with people of all walks of life, and nationalities.

I wish we could meet in person, but for some of you we should be able to connect intellectually.
