I am a clinical social worker and community mental health executive about to retire from a CEO position which I have held for 27 years. If I had to rank myself on a scale of 1-10 as to what degree I am defined by what I do professionally, I would guess about 8.9. Therefore, I have a problem.

My family: my wife, two daughters and son-in-law understand this issue. Yet, I feel I am going to have to struggle through this phase of my life, on my own.
