Places I've been: I went to the Illinois state fair with my family when I was a young teen. I've been to Michigan to visit my brother when he lived there. He's back now. That's the extent of my travels. I guess I'm just a home body.

I have two grown children, four grand children with another in the oven, a cat and a grand cat. My absolute favorite thing to do is laugh. I mean the kind that makes my eyes water. Not the fake little "haha" thrown in when someone is trying to be funny. I love summer, thunder storms, snow, campfires, spending time with my grand babies, pizza, paydays, weekends, on-line friends. . . . .

I could fill a page with things I love or sum it up and say that I love life!

I am the owner of a friends group called "Just Plain Chatting". What is the plain for? We don't use graphics or long cut and paste things from else where. Why? I've joined and left numerous friends groups to make friends. It was frustrating when I would visit and see a whole page of graphics with nothing being said. I enjoy talking to my friends so I decided to start a group to see if anyone else feels the same way. If you think you'd like to be in a group with just friends talking. I manage a small group for crocheters and knitters too. It's called "Hooked on Yarn". Cats are most welcome in this group because they love yarn as much as we do.. The large crochet and craft groups are great but sometimes you want to go to a cozy little group and talk to your yarn loving friends. : ) The third group I manage is called "Everyday Beauty". This group welcomes women to talk about beauty on a budget. Tips and tricks are shared and questions are welcome. I think we can all learn a little something from each other and hopefully make some new friends at the same time. : ) If any of my groups sound interesting to you, please consider this a personal invitation to join the fun. Favorite Books: My very favorite books are childrens books read with one or more grandchildren on my lap.
