Many favorites, ethnic dishes I learned fom my mom, love fish and chicken dinners. Health conscious, stay away from fried foods. Got to watch that fat as we are getting older ( younger ? )!!

Who are your heroes?

My husband Tim - The men and women lost in 911 New York City, the Firefighters, Police and all EMS involved in trying to rescue those trapped. Firefighters all over who are there for us each day, I can't forget Police as well.

What kind of trip would you love to take in Italy?

Rent an Italian villa with my friends and/or family

A woman I worked with who recently died - she had Downs Syndrome, Alzheimers and numerous medical problems.

Trying to slow down - I still am a maniac at work, workaholic, took this from my dad. Some aches and pains are getting to me.

Visiting my mothers family in France and Italy - I have met some of my relatives who have come here and returning this summer 2008. Seeing my mom's birthplace in Tunisia and my father's heritage, his parents birthplace in the Middle East. Dad met mom while he was in the US Army in Tunisia WWII. She was a teacher. I want to go to Alaska for my 60th in 2 yrs, Tim and I always spoke of this.
