I'm a ppl person. If I am not working, on weekends, I go to garage sales, flea markets, thrift stores, etc; I luv a good sale! I get online to basically "moderate" the "Diabetic group or to chat with ppl. When I wasn't online, I was walking on my treadmill every other day, but a few months ago, I heard a "pop", "smoke" & GOOD BYE TREADMILL!!! LOL!!! I guess someone "up above" wanted me to do MORE then just walk on a treadmill!!! SO, I started using 'walking' videos. I was doing well, considering I ached WORSE then before. But I noticed that I was starting to "firm" up!!! From firming up, I had dropped a few dress sizes. I noticed that now can be on my feet longer, walk longer without feeling fatigued. If I do feel tired, I use "Leslie Sansone's Brisk 2 mile walking & it helps!!! Not only does the "walking video firms u up, it releaves STRESS!!!BTW, this is my 2nd DVD player, b/c I burnt that 1 out too!!! LOL!!!Because I am Diabetic, I need to lose the weight & get off the Diabetic pill. If I can help someone with the reading I do regarding Diabetes, I'm all too happy to help!!!

I consider myself a "Spiritualist". My gr8 grandfather was a "healer" in the early 1900's at the church I attend. My gr8 grandfather along with my mom taught me "laws", for example, "The Law of Attraction"!!! A good book to read is called, "The Secret" by Rhonda Byrnes. It WORKS!!! They also taught me to go with your 1st instincts, your "gut" feeling!!!

I work part time, 12 hrs a week, for a "drug/alcohol" counseling ctr. I work in a "satellite" office as a "Secretary/Custodian". I feel that I "belong" there. I truly luv my job & it shows!!! I get along with ev1. My wish is for more hrs of work & better pay.

I've been married for almost 24 yrs. I have 2 dogs, Bandit & DJ!!! They are my children, b/c I don't have any. B/C of the scares recently with the dog foods, I make my dogs "homemade" dog biscuits & they eat "certain" ppl food. I give them "soup" bones, which they luv!!!The vet can't get over how healthy my 2 babies are!!!

I am very much concerned with our environment. Before I pass on, I wish for a cleaner Earth. Cleaner air!!! Where I live, they want a "landfill" put in which I am totally against. I did some "reading" & why would "garbage" from different countries like Canada come to my area? Plus, it would destroy our water system if the "liner" of that landfill would tear!!! Alot of ppl, along with me, is fighting to prevent this, but we have to realize the "plastic" we use & how it does not disinagrate!!! We have to realize that "MAN" is destroying this Earth & something should be done soon, before there is NO Earth!!!

I do alot of reading regarding health. Did u know that where I live we are the "highest" in Diabetes in the USA? I am wondering if it is b/c of the stuff buried here from yrs ago along with the "processed" foods???

This is ME, take it or leave it!!! I'm the type that says it like it is!!!
