Places I've been

While I born in Waukegan, IL, I grew up in Cincinnati (Mt Healthy) from age 6 to 16. My father was transferred to Atlanta, Ga. I graduated high school there, and worked for about 8 months at Southern Bell Telephone Co. I transferred to Columbus, OH, working at Ohio Bell in a steno pool, and then the Security Office there. I've lived in Cuyahoga Falls, OH, and then back here. I've taken one 10-day cruise in the Carribean. I travelled throughout many U.S. States, but no longer travel. I love Columbus and its weather. It's a wonderful place to live.

Hi!  I'm a married woman with a love of drawing.  I spend most of my time in Paint Shop Pro (vs. 9) and Cosmic Blobs.  I am a kaleidoscope addict!  By day, I make my living as an accounting tech, which I also enjoy.  But, I hate phones, which unfortunately comes with my particular job, at the moment.  I would love to start my own home business before I retire.  In the past, I ran my own dance-exercise business for several years, and I've done personalized children's books also.  I am very involved with my grown daughter, single for now, and her daughter.  My granddaughter has been a part of my weekends for over 7 years now.  I do have a blogspot called HomeSpunGraphics, which I updated almost daily.  I hope you'll take a look!

Favorite Movies

The one that comes to mind is The Matrix. I've watched it many, many times. I finally got tired of it, but ran across it again last weekend, so watched it again.

Favorite TV Shows

Murder She Wrote, Diagnosis Murder, Columbo, Monk, House, Law and Order (the original, SVU, and CI), Stargate; anything about solving murders, court room dramas, or medical.
