I have a hard time believing I am 57 yrs. young. I don't feel as old as I thought I would feel at this age. I do notice though I am more cautious in life and sometimes less tolerant with things that really bother me, in part because I finally know who I am.

I ♥love♥ my family! Each and every family member is the core of who I am.

 

 I live in Northern California with my husband of 20 yrs. and little dog (Bailey) and our Jenday conure (Milo). We lost our big dog (Ivy)who was twelve years old July 2007. That experience taught me a lot about my self. She will be missed forever!

 

 I am the proud Mother of three grown sons and have two super precious Grandchildren.

 

I am very passionate about everything that touches my life. I am very honest so I have hard time getting past someone lying to me.

I am a good person who is honest , loyal, sincere, sensitive, thoughtful, witty, loving, silly, very spiritual, and kind all with a touch of class at least this is what I aspire to be everyday. I am working on getting to go to heaven when its my time to go. The saying I live by is "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." So far that keeps me in check and accountable.

Activities

My Family is most important to me!.I ♥love♥ music, decorating, knitting, crocheting although I don't do it much anymore, Arts and crafts, photography, computer time, sunsets, the ocean, Travel, beach houses, mountain cabins, boating, a cozy fire in the fireplace on a cold evening, a clean house.

Favorite Music

It Depends on my mood and what I am doing at the time. I have a great appreciation for music and enjoy most.

Favorite TV Shows

A&E, Biography, Bravo, Discovery channel, HGTV, The History channel, National Geographic channel, The science channel, T.L.C. and the Smithsonian channel. I have to admit I am hooked on reality T.V. (American Idol) is a favorite. I really enjoy a good 49er football game, and the news too.

Favorite Books

When I take the time to read it is usually self help motivational type books... At the moment I am reading "Change Your Heart, Change Your Life" written by Gary Smalley. I love this guy. I can not imagine it not helping everyone. What a wonderful world this would be if everyone tried to apply even just a few things he writes about.http://www.smalleyonline.com/ If anyone is interested.

We love Disneyland, Disney world, Hawaii, Alaska, A ocean view(anywhere) and our home.

Favorite Animals

I have had dogs most of my life so I would have to say that is my all time favorite. Runner up to dogs would be birds from the parrot family. We bought a hand fed baby Jenday Conure April 07 who loves to cuddle and is full of personality. I had no clue what fun and joy they can bring.
