I grew up in Northern California, the small town of Willits, and live many years in Paso Robles, Ca. In my 30's I decided to venture out a little and moved to New Mexico. I Stayed there about 3 years. for a brief period of time I lived in Oregon and Arizo (Hometown), High School Name (City, State)
I went to high School in Willits California. And spent most of my childhood there.

About Me

Hello :) I am a 53 year old female. I am an investor and dabbling in stocks. I spend most of my time studying the market and realestate. I own my home in Scramento, and I we have two rental properties + several lots in New Mexico, Arizona, and California. We built our Rental homes and have plans to build more. The recent market condition has put us on hold to complete our master plan. I have a 16 year old daughter to which is the joy of my life. I love to visit our cabin in New Mexico.

Now that you are over 50, what are you doing that you never thought you would?

I guess being an investor is one of the things that I thought I would never do. And being a landlord is a place that I would never go. Risk has never been one of the things that I was comfortable with but, just goes to show that people do change.
