As life's journey rolls on, I guess I am right where the good Lord wants me. With age comes wisdom I suppose and boy can I tap into that. Am finding out I am a very creative and gifted person and I should use those giftings, I get sad when I don't. Life is good. Each day brings a new sunbeam.  Life is too short to look at the past and hash old memories you cannot do anything about. My husband is my heart and he is always finishing my sentences. I married my second best friend, the LORD is the first and only. Everyone should choose to have a best friend like that. Life is too short to plan things that might not come into being.  Robert Burns, Scottish poet said, "the best laid plans of mice and men often go awry."  So true. So true.

Singing, music, quilting, art, writing. Movies with a big greasy tub of popcorn, cooking, traveling to the mountains, enjoying life.
