I am an avid photographer, strictly amateur of course! I love camping, hiking, cooking, scrapbooking, reading, and crafts.

I am the mother of two fantastic sons, the wife of a wonderful man, and the “toy” of our Chihuahua Pez. My family is the most important thing in my life.

I love the mountains in New York State, both the Adirondack and the Catskills. My most peaceful times are spent hiking in the mountains, sitting alongside a pristine lake and taking in all the sights and sounds Mother Nature has to offer. It rejuvenates me and helps put things into perspective.

We love RV’ing….we are camp hosts at a campground in upstate New York during the summer and look forward to it. We have met so many wonderful people! It can get hectic at times, but we love it!

Who are your heroes?

My mother and father first and foremost...they have molded me into the woman I am today. And I thank them for that. My other heros are those that put their life on the line every day to save and protect us. These are the unsung heroes...nurses, firemen, policemen...just to mention a few. Ellen DeGeneres because she tells it like it is, she's not afraid of who she is, and she not afraid of the world knowing who she is!! She's not a very good sport when it comes to competition though..LOL

What is your favorite family dinner?

My favorite is when the whole family is sitting down together either at the dining table or the picnic table. Doesn't matter what foods are served as long as we are all together having fun and sharing wonderful memories!

Now that you are over 50, what are you doing that you never thought you would?

I never thought I would be managing a campground. It is so much fun and we have met so many nice people! Can't wait to get back up there!

What is your dream vacation?

Anywhere in the world where there is spectacular scenery and a variety of wildlife. I would love to swim with an orca!! An African Lion Safari has always been a big dream of mine....
