About Me
I am a 60 year old man still working (5 years to retirement). I am in good health but very overweight. Today I am starting a 10 day cleanse and beginning a new exercise regimen. I am also going to start softball season in a couple of days ( I coach & still play a little). I like baseball, football, cycling, golf, reading (mysteries mostly) and good conversation.
