Hometown: Oklahoma City, OK
Places I've been: Lived in S. CA 42 years. Been to most of CA. Favorite place to visit, Yosemite in the spring (while the water falls are majestic and the crowds are not there yet). Loved Mt. Rushmore and have seen some of the east and southeast. Would love to go back to the Outer Banks. Went to Washington St last fall. Getting ready to make a quick trip to Oklahoma and then going on a trip with friends to Mt Rushmore (yes, again) and Yellowstone. Will do Washington St. in July. Back to Oklahoma in August for a re-union and then a early December tour trip with one of my friends to TN & N. Carolina. Also, would love to go on a group trip to Washington D.C. Maybe next year. I have shot my vacation budget. Have an old friend coming here in October (a beautiful time in MO) from GA. I will take her to Branson, Eureka Springs and no telling where else. Maybe to see Laura Ingalls home/museum.
More about me: Moved to Hermitage (Lake Pomme de Terre) MO 10 years ago. Love it here. Do not miss the fast pace of large cities. Future plans (some day) to sell big home and move to an apartment.

Play the piano and organ for church. Play for community choir and some school concerts.

Was married 3 months short of 50 years. Lost Hubby to cancer in March, 2007.

Want to do more traveling and love reading notes from other friends.
