Activities

I'm recovering from a bad spill last year so I exercise my lower body while getting aerobic and cardio as well. I'm in several groups related to the VA and am Secretary to the Gulf Coast Veterans Advocacy council. Primarily veteran related activities occupy most of my time when I'm not on this damn box.;-)
