Thanks so much for sharing your feelings, and what I can only imagine what was a gut renching, sweat beeded forehead and some sleepless nights to come to the decision you did. To me you made a huge effort to really save your "lives", rather than just going along as you were. Perhaps something like the walking and breathing dead? perhaps. Just a guess. Or, my own projection, yes all that psychobabble does come in handy for us baby boomers doesn't it (smiles).
Reading your story bulstered me and I just wanted to thank you .
Story Telling isn't something we caucasions do as a tradition, Not like the American Indians or other sub cultures do like those of beautiful color around the world. But it is a wonderful tradition. Just listening and learning from other's stories can give a person insight they needed to make a move, to change in some way or find direction.
Your story did those things for me and I am grateful. Thank you again.
