Lived in Alaska for four years. Still think of it as "home". Oregon, Wyoming, and Montana. My user name may make it seem like I live in Alaska, sad to say not now, but the name came from graduating from HS there in 1976. I have visited all 50 states. I love to travel and have been to Guam, Canada, Mexico, Jamaica, and five countries in Europe.

More about me

I have been married for 32 years, have 4 kids (grown), 9 grandkids (one passed away 12/12/11), with one more on the way. Plus we have three furry friends. Two of them woof and one meows! I love to travel and have visited all 50 states. When hubby retires I hope to travel even more.

I am a jeans and t-shirt gal. Love the outdoors, like to take pictures and enjoy listening to running water.

I have been retired for two years now. I work part time at the local community college and as an Independant contractor for Discovery Education (part of Discovery Channel). The rest of the time I hang out at home working on sewing projects or errands that pile up while I am on the road.
