I am well traveled, single, iconoclastic. Have worked in the hospitality industry since I left college, working at some of the finest restaurant/inns/gourmet food stores in the US. good food and wine is a passion for me. I also have done volunteer work for Meals On Wheels, Food For Friends, and Share Our Strength. I am committed to improving food standards.
I love to travel, particularly to places that are off the beaten path. I would love to take around the world trip by freighter to visit exotic ports.
I have spent the last three years recovering from a mysterious life threatening illness and subsequent high risk surgeries.
I am aiming to start studies for web-design in the fall of 2008.
